Terms of Service

Rules for using vralentia.com and booking repair services. Updated 1 January 2025.

1. Provider

vralentia.com, private entrepreneur (PE), EDRPOU 11984289, 12 Antonovycha St, Business Center Horizon, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine. contact@vralentia.com, +380 932 870 4753. Given before ordering per Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII.

2. Scope and prices

We repair and maintain equipment. A booking is a request to inspect and repair, not a distance sale. Prices are indicative and a diagnostic fee may apply, shown before booking. The final cost is confirmed after inspection and needs your approval before work starts.

3. Booking, cancellation, refunds

Cancelling or rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the slot; later cancellations may incur the diagnostic fee. Prepayments are refunded within 14 days. Statutory rights under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII are unaffected.

4. Warranty and your duties

Workmanship is warranted for 90 days from handover unless the order states otherwise; misuse, liquid ingress, unauthorised repairs, power surges and pre-existing faults are excluded. Back up data before handover; we are not liable for data loss.

5. Liability

We are liable for direct damage caused by our fault up to the amount paid for the service, and not for indirect loss, including lost profit or data.

6. Complaints and disputes

Write to contact@vralentia.com or call +380 932 870 4753; we reply within 14 days. Disputes are settled by negotiation, then by the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or in court, under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII.

7. Privacy and law

Booking data is processed under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI; see our Privacy and Cookie Policies. Cookies require prior consent under Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» від 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX. We may update these terms. Ukrainian law governs.
