Six bays, one service record for every visit.

Diagnostics, scheduled servicing, mechanical repair and a dated service record kept at each of our Kyiv bays. Bay times are planned up front; handover depends on parts and on what the inspection finds.

04 Network coverage

Six bays-to-bay locations, one shared schedule

Each location keeps the same nine record fields for your vehicle, so a job started in Pechersk can be finished in Obolon without re-explaining the history. Bay count and opening hours below are the fixed values we plan against.

A service record card you can actually read

Dated entries, mileage, technician initials, next interval. The same card follows the car between all six bays in Kyiv, so the second visit starts where the first one ended.

Parts, bay time and the shared record, answered.

Short answers to the points drivers ask at intake. If your question is not here, the booking team can check your vehicle record at any location.

01Which parts do you fit, and can I supply my own?

We fit parts matched to your make, model and year. You may supply your own parts. In that case the part carries no network warranty and we note the source in the record. Every part line appears on the estimate before work begins.

02How long is my car in the bay?

Planned bay times are 60 minutes for diagnostics, 90 minutes for scheduled servicing and 180 minutes for mechanical repair. These are bay times, not handover times. Handover depends on parts availability and any fault found, and we confirm it at intake.

03What does the 30-point checklist cover?

One 30-point checklist is used at all six locations. It covers fluids, filters, brakes, tyres, suspension, battery, lights and the diagnostic readout. The completed checklist is saved with the date, mileage and technician initials.

04Do my service records follow the car between locations?

Yes. The record holds nine fixed fields and is readable at any of the six named locations. Each entry is dated and includes mileage and technician initials, so the next bay can see what was done and when the next interval falls due.

05Will I get an estimate before work starts?

Every job uses one estimate format with a price band shown as a range or a starting figure. Pricing is indicative. Final cost confirmed after inspection. The diagnostic fee starts from UAH 650 and is disclosed before the inspection begins.

06What happens if a fault is found during the service?

The technician records the fault, the affected part and a revised price band. We contact you before any additional work. You approve or decline, and the decision is noted in the record.
