What we collect
- Contact details: name, phone, email, service address.
- Vehicle and order records: make, model, registration number, mileage, repairs, parts, invoices, warranty and complaint history.
- Technical data: IP address, device, browser, cookie identifiers.
Purposes and sharing
We use data to deliver repairs, issue quotes, keep service records, handle warranty and complaints, meet accounting duties and prevent fraud, relying on your consent, contract performance and legal duties under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI. Records may be shared with partner workshops in the vralentia.com network, authorised parts suppliers and IT providers acting on our instructions. We never sell personal data.
Cookies
Non-essential cookies are set only after consent, which you may withdraw in the cookie settings; strictly necessary storage needs no consent under Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» від 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX.
Retention
Contact and order data are kept 3 years after the last service, warranty records for the limitation period, and accounting documents as required by law; then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent at contact@vralentia.com, or complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.
Orders, complaints and disputes
Before ordering we give provider identification, service scope, price, terms, warranty and complaint procedure under Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII. Repair complaints are answered within 10 business days at contact@vralentia.com; unresolved disputes follow Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII. Advertising claims are substantiated under Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР.
